Data & Account Deletion
Does PilatesScroll have accounts?
No. PilatesScroll does not require you to create an account. There is no online profile to delete — your data lives on your device.
Delete your on-device data
Your workouts, streaks, banked minutes, and settings are stored locally on your device. To remove all of it, simply delete the app from your phone. On iOS this also clears the app’s stored data; on Android, you can additionally clear storage from Settings → Apps → PilatesScroll before uninstalling.
Cancel your subscription
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel it in your App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions) account.
Data we may hold, and how to delete it
We do not keep your workout data on our servers. The limited data connected to you outside the app is:
- Purchase records held by the Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat to run your subscription. These are retained under their policies and as required for tax and accounting; request handling through the applicable store.
- Support correspondence — if you emailed us, we keep it only as long as needed to help you. To have it deleted, email privacy@kaironosapps.com from the same address and mention PilatesScroll.
Submit a deletion request
You don’t need to submit a form to delete your in-app data (deleting the app is enough). If you want us to delete any support correspondence or have a privacy question, email us and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe:
We cannot delete data we never received or that is controlled by a third party (such as app-store purchase records required by law).
