Data & Account Deletion

Local-only use

PilatesScroll works without a cloud account, including buying and restoring a subscription. If you never enabled optional cloud backup, there is no Firebase workout account to delete. Your workout progress remains on your device until you reset the app, clear its storage, uninstall it, or the operating system removes it.

Delete an optional cloud account in the app

1. Open PilatesScroll.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Privacy & Data.
4. Select Delete cloud account & synced data.
5. Confirm with the linked Apple or Google provider when requested.

The app stops cloud sync first, then requests deletion of the Firebase account, cloud workout copy, consent receipt, and associated RevenueCat customer profile. Local streaks, reps, and banked time remain on the current device.

Request deletion without the app

Email privacy@kaironosapps.com with the subject PilatesScroll account deletion. Send the request from the Apple or Google email linked to the account when possible.

We may request limited verification needed to prevent deletion of another person's account. Never send a password, sign-in token, recovery code, payment-card number, or your full JSON export.

We acknowledge verified requests without undue delay and ordinarily complete them within 30 days, subject to any lawful extension.

Data deleted

• The Firebase Authentication cloud account.
• Cloud-synced reps, streaks, earned and used time, recent workout history, collectibles, reward settings, and push token.
• The cloud privacy-choice receipt.
• The associated Firebase installation identifier and service data, subject to Firebase's deletion window.
• The associated RevenueCat customer profile where deletion is permitted.

Data that may be retained

Firebase states that installation-linked information may take up to 180 days to leave live and backup systems after an installation is deleted.

Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, and Kaironos may retain purchase, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, support, and dispute records when required by law or needed to complete a transaction. These records are not used for advertising.

Optional Analytics and Crashlytics records are not assigned the Firebase account ID and may remain for their configured retention periods. Withdrawing either choice stops future collection and clears unsent device data.

For a specific Analytics erasure, use Settings > Privacy & Data to export current and, when available, prior Analytics app-instance identifiers. Send only those identifiers with your verified request, not the full export.

Feedback you sent is separate

If you used the in-app feedback or feature-request form, that message was stored as a ticket in a private issue tracker without your account, workout, camera, or advertising data — so account deletion cannot find it, and it holds nothing that identifies you unless you typed it yourself.

To ask us to remove something you sent, email privacy@kaironosapps.com with the approximate date and enough of the wording for us to find it.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting a PilatesScroll account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription in the store account that made the purchase. The app may create a new unlinked anonymous RevenueCat identifier so remaining subscription access and Restore Purchases can continue without reconnecting it to the deleted Firebase account.

Delete local device data

Cloud deletion intentionally preserves progress on the current device. To remove local data too, clear PilatesScroll's app storage or uninstall the app after the cloud-deletion request has completed.
