Getting startedDo I need an account?
No. PilatesScroll works without any account or sign-up. Your
progress is stored on your device.
Getting startedWhich devices are supported?
PilatesScroll is a native app for recent iPhones (iOS 17+) and
Android phones (Android 15+). Exact requirements appear on the
store listing at launch.
CameraWhy does the app need my camera?
The camera is used to detect your movements and count reps. All of
this happens on your device — camera frames are never recorded,
uploaded, or shared. You can revoke camera access in your device
settings at any time.
CameraRep counting isn’t detecting me
Make sure you’re fully in frame with good lighting, prop your
phone so your whole body is visible, and follow the how-to coach’s
camera hint for each move. There’s a gentle +1 fallback so a
missed rep won’t stall you.
App blockingHow does app blocking work?
On iOS, blocking uses Apple Screen Time (you’ll be asked to allow
it). On Android, it uses Usage Access plus a screen overlay. You
choose which apps to block; they stay blocked until you spend
banked minutes.

Screen Time blocking requires granting the App permission when
prompted. If you declined, enable it in Settings → Screen Time. On
a small number of enterprise/managed devices, Screen Time may be
restricted.
SubscriptionsWhat’s free and what’s Premium?
Onboarding and the how-to coach are a free taste. Blocking apps
and earning/spending scroll time are Premium, which starts with a
free trial. Prices and terms are shown in the app before you
subscribe.
SubscriptionsHow do I cancel?
Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account
settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current
billing period.
Restore purchasesI paid but Premium isn’t active
Use “Restore Purchases” in the app’s settings, signed in with the
same App Store/Google account you purchased with. If it still
doesn’t restore, email support with your store and approximate
purchase date.
Wallet & streaksWhere did my banked minutes go?
Banked minutes drain only while you’re actively scrolling a
blocked app. Your streak never resets from spending minutes. Data
is stored on your device, so reinstalling or switching phones can
reset it.
WidgetThe home-screen widget isn’t updating
Open the app once after installing so the widget can sync, then
re-add the widget if needed. Widgets refresh periodically per the
OS.
Data & privacyHow do I delete my data?
Because there’s no account, deleting the app removes your
on-device data. See the

page for details.
AccessibilityCan I use it without the camera or blocking?
The core loop relies on camera-based rep counting and app
blocking, but you can adjust reward-per-rep and use the how-to
coach. If you hit an accessibility barrier, please tell us so we
can improve.
