You can try one limited reading without an account. Create an account with Google, Apple, or email to save it, keep using the app, or purchase a plan. This lets us save your questions, readings, and birth details across sessions.

No. A birth time makes personal-chart readings more precise, but many yes-or-no questions work without it. You can add or update your birth details anytime in the app.

There's a free tier with a few questions a day. Paid plans — Cipher (about $6.99/month) and Cipher Pro (about $14.99/month), plus an annual option — unlock more questions and features. A free trial may be available to eligible users. Prices and offer terms vary by region and store. See the subscription terms.

Manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — not by deleting the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See Delete your data for the exact steps.

Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds follow their policies and are requested through the store where you bought the subscription. We generally can't issue store refunds directly.

You can delete your account and its data from within the app, or follow the steps on our Delete your data page. Deleting removes your profile, birth details, and question history from our systems.

Your account details, the birth details you enter, and the questions and readings you create — plus limited technical and crash-diagnostic data to keep the app working. We don't show ads or sell your data. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Only when a feature needs it. Location (while using the app) is used to auto-fill your birth or current city. The microphone is used only if you choose to ask a question by voice, which your device converts to text. You can decline or revoke either in your device settings.

No. Readings are interpretive and for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and outcomes aren't guaranteed. Decisions you make are your own.

Yes — sign in with the same account on another device and your profile and history follow you. Subscriptions are tied to the app store account you purchased with.

You can turn notifications off in the app's settings or in your device's system settings at any time.
