Delete your account and data

Rexaurus does not require sign-up. When cloud services are available, the Game creates a random guest identity in the background. Guest and protected identities can both be deleted inside the Game.

Delete a guest or protected account inside the Game

  1. Open Rexaurus and go to the Account screen.
  2. Tap Delete account and cloud data.
  3. Read the confirmation and choose Delete cloud data.

Protected accounts must complete recent authentication before deletion. If the account is linked to Sign in with Apple, the Game also obtains a fresh Apple authorization code and revokes Rexaurus's Apple authorization grant. If authentication or Apple revocation fails, no deletion is scheduled.

After those checks succeed, the Game sends an authenticated request scheduling the current account and linked cloud data for deletion. It then asks Firebase to remove the current sign-in and starts a new guest session.

If the Game says recent authentication or Apple revocation failed, the request was not scheduled; complete the provider prompt and try again. If the cloud request was accepted but Firebase could not remove the current sign-in afterward, do not submit a duplicate request. You may use Sign out to a new guest and email privacy@kaironosapps.com with your Cloud account ID if you need confirmation.

Request deletion outside the Game

If you cannot open the Game, email privacy@kaironosapps.com from an address where we can reply. Include "Rexaurus account deletion" in the subject, identify the protection provider you used, and include the Cloud account ID if available. Do not send a password or full payment receipt.

For a guest identity, copy the Cloud account ID from the Game's Account screen and include it in the request. The ID is pseudonymous and is used only to locate the correct cloud data.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days unless a shorter legal deadline applies.

Data deleted from Kaironos systems

  • Guest or protected Firebase identity.
  • Cloud profile and merged guest identifiers.
  • Synced progression, stars, XP, wallet, collection, cosmetics, loadouts, homes, and game-result records associated with the account.
  • Pending sync and deletion records after the deletion workflow completes.
  • Associated RevenueCat customer data where provider deletion is available and legally permitted.

Data not controlled by Kaironos

Apple and Google control store purchase history, payment records, refund records, and the store account itself. Deleting Rexaurus does not delete your Apple ID or Google account. For an Apple-linked Rexaurus account, deletion revokes Rexaurus's Sign in with Apple authorization grant. Store records that Apple or Google must retain are not automatically erased.

We may retain minimal records required by law, needed to complete a pending refund or dispute, or necessary to prevent fraud. Such records are restricted and retained only as long as needed.

Delete local device data

iOS

Press and hold the Rexaurus app icon, choose Remove App, then Delete App. This removes local game data from that device.

Android

Open Settings, Apps, Rexaurus, Storage, then Clear storage; or uninstall the Game. Menu names vary by device.

Clearing local data does not by itself delete a guest or protected cloud identity. Use the in-game or email process above for cloud deletion.
