Rexaurus: Roar Arcade

Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Kaironos LLC governing Rexaurus: Roar Arcade (the "Game"). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or use the Game with a parent or legal guardian's involvement. You must also follow the age and account rules of your app store.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Game except where applicable law permits.

3. Guest play and accounts

Guest play is available without a protected account. You may optionally protect progress using a provider option shown in the Game when that option is enabled. Rexaurus does not use email-and-password authentication. You are responsible for maintaining control of your provider account and for activity under your protected identity. Cloud sync and recovery depend on network and provider availability.

4. Fair play and acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, automate play, alter results, or exploit defects.
  • Submit forged purchases, ad rewards, or game completions.
  • Interfere with servers, security, or another player's access.
  • Use the Game for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activity.
  • Extract or misuse artwork, characters, code, or game data.

We may reject invalid results, reverse unearned grants, or suspend cloud features when reasonably necessary to protect the Game.

5. Virtual items and progress

Adventure XP, Ember Coins, dinosaurs, cosmetics, decor, mastery, stars, and other virtual items have no cash value, are not property, cannot be transferred outside the Game, and are licensed for use in the Game. Local or preview-only items may be reset. Server-backed value is subject to validation and these Terms.

We may balance, correct, or discontinue game content while preserving paid entitlements and mandatory consumer rights.

6. Purchases

The Game currently offers repeatable consumable Ember Coin packs. Ember Coins can be used for exact, non-random dinosaur accessories and Dino Home decorations shown in the Game. They do not improve a puzzle, route, match, hunt, chess game, or battle. Coin packs grant no subscription or permanent entitlement and are not restorable. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and reconciled through RevenueCat and Kaironos services. The price shown by the store at checkout controls.

The current release does not offer a subscription, Lifetime Pro, paid randomized eggs, or purchasable gameplay power. Any future paid product will be disclosed in the Game and store listing before sale.

7. Missing purchases, reversals, and refunds

Consumable Ember Coin packs are not restored through a Restore Purchases action. If a transaction is pending or a completed pack is missing, do not purchase it repeatedly; wait for the store to finish processing, reopen the Shop, and contact support if the wallet still does not reconcile.

Refunds are governed by Apple or Google policies and normally must be requested from that store. A refunded, reversed, or invalid transaction may remove the corresponding Ember Coins or offset future wallet credits to prevent duplicate value. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

8. Advertising

The free Game may display banner, interstitial, native, and optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads grant only the reward shown before you choose to watch. Ads must never be used to bypass store, account, or age requirements. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

9. Availability and updates

The Game and online services are provided on an "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, technical, or product reasons. Some features require a supported device, network connection, current app version, or third-party service.

10. Intellectual property

The Game's original code, dinosaurs, characters, artwork, levels, names, sound, presentation, and branding are owned by Kaironos LLC or its licensors and protected by law. Public-domain game rules, such as standard chess movement, do not transfer rights in our original expression.

11. Account deletion and termination

You may stop using the Game at any time. You may delete a guest or protected cloud identity through the Game or the account deletion page. We may suspend cloud access for a material breach of these Terms. Store purchase history remains controlled by Apple or Google.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaironos LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Game. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kaironos LLC is organized, without overriding mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Game evolves. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms.
