Delete your data

Kobble Cup has no accounts — there is nothing to log into and no email or profile to close. This page explains exactly what data exists and how to remove it, so you and the app stores have a clear deletion path.

What data exists

We never collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, or advertising identifiers.

1. Delete on-device data (instant, self-serve)

iOS

Delete the app: press and hold the Kobble Cup icon → Remove AppDelete App. This removes all locally stored game data.

Android

Go to Settings → Apps → Kobble Cup → Storage → Clear storage (removes local data but keeps the app), or uninstall the app to remove it entirely.

2. Delete server-side data (standings, analytics, purchase records)

Because everything on our side is tied only to an anonymous, device-generated player id, reinstalling generates a fresh id and detaches you from the old data. To have us actively erase your data, send a request:

Include your in-game player id (and nickname, if you set one) so we can locate and remove your standings entry and associated anonymous records.

Finding your player id

Open the game, go to the Tournament screen, and tap your name/nickname to view your player id. Paste it into your deletion request.

3. What happens next

  • We action verified deletion requests within 30 days.
  • We delete the associated nickname, country, and scores from the standings, and request deletion of associated anonymous analytics from our processors.
  • Purchase records held by Apple or Google are governed by their policies; contact the store to manage those.
  • We may retain minimal records where required by law (e.g. tax/receipt obligations for purchases), but never more than necessary.
