Delete your data
Kobble Cup · Published by Kaironos LLC · Last updated 19 July 2026
Kobble Cup has no accounts — there is nothing to log into and no email or profile to close. This page explains exactly what data exists and how to remove it, so you and the app stores have a clear deletion path.
What data exists
| Data | Where it lives | How to delete it |
|---|---|---|
| Progression, cosmetics, and currency (levels, stars, XP, best scores, streak, Pearls) | On your device + encrypted cloud profile backup | Copy your Support ID, email us to delete the cloud backup, then clear local data after deletion is confirmed. |
| Anonymous Support ID, chosen nickname/country, optional team name/membership, and scores on public standings | Our game server | Email us to remove the profile and any standings entry. |
| Anonymous analytics & crash events; RevenueCat purchase and subscription profile (Ad-Free Year, Kobble Club, legacy lifetime Remove Ads, Pearl packs, and Starter Pack) | Our processors (PostHog / RevenueCat), keyed to the anonymous Support ID or store customer identifiers | Included in an email deletion request (see below). |
We never collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, or cross-app tracking identifiers. Contextual ad data is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. Delete on-device data (instant, self-serve)
iOS
Delete the app: press and hold the Kobble Cup icon → Remove App → Delete App. This removes all locally stored game data, but not the cloud backup.
Android
Go to Settings → Apps → Kobble Cup → Storage → Clear storage (removes local data but keeps the app), or uninstall the app to remove it entirely. This does not delete the cloud backup.
2. Delete server-side data (standings, analytics, purchase records)
Everything on our side is tied only to an anonymous, device-generated Support ID. The ID is designed to survive reinstall so progress can be restored. To have us erase the cloud backup and associated records, send a request:
Email: kaironosllc@gmail.com
Include your Support ID (and nickname or team name, if set) so we can locate and remove your cloud profile, standings entries, team membership, and associated anonymous records.
Prefer a form? Use the contact page and choose “Data deletion request”.
Finding your Support ID
Open the game, go to the Tournament screen, and tap your name/nickname to view and copy your Support ID. Paste it into your deletion request.
3. What happens next
- We action verified deletion requests within 30 days.
- We delete the cloud profile and associated nickname, country, team membership/name, and scores from public standings, and request deletion of associated anonymous analytics plus deletion or anonymization of the RevenueCat customer profile where permitted.
- Purchase records held by Apple or Google are governed by their policies; contact the store to manage those. Transaction or tax records that a provider must retain for legal reasons are not deleted with the game profile.
- We may retain minimal records where required by law (e.g. tax/receipt obligations for purchases), but never more than necessary.
