How do I play with a friend?
Open Online Battle, create a room, and share the 4-letter code (or the link). Your friend enters the code to drop into your lobby for a 1v1 or 2v2. Everyone gets the same board, so it's pure skill.
What is Quick Match?
Quick Match instantly pairs you with a random online rival for a 1v1. If nobody is around, we offer a CPU opponent so you're never stuck waiting.
What is the Cup Fever Tournament?
A seasonal event where you pick a country and your wins score points for it on a global leaderboard. Scoring is "best-squad" fair — each nation counts its top players — so small countries stay competitive. It runs during the summer season.
Do I need an account? Is there email sign-up?
No. Kobble Cup has no accounts and no email sign-up. You play with a device-generated anonymous id and an optional nickname you choose.
Does the game have ads?
Competitive online play is never interrupted by ads. Any optional rewarded ads or the one-time Remove Ads purchase apply to single-player only.
How do I restore my “Remove Ads” purchase on a new device?
In the Customize screen, tap Restore purchases. Your entitlement is tied to your anonymous player id and validated with the store, so it comes back without an account. Make sure you're signed into the same App Store / Google Play account you bought it with.
How do refunds work?
Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them. Request a refund from Apple or Google Play.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Solo, Adventure, Rush, Daily, and VS CPU all work offline. Online Battle and the Tournament need an internet connection.
My progress or scores disappeared.
On-device progress is stored locally, so clearing app data or moving devices can reset it. Tournament standings live on our server and are tied to your anonymous player id. If something looks wrong, email us with a description and we'll help.
How do I report an offensive nickname?
Nicknames pass an automated profanity filter, but if you see one that slipped through, email support@kobblecup.app with details and we'll review it.
How do I delete my data?
Clear the app's data or uninstall to remove on-device data. To remove a nickname or score from the standings, see the data deletion page.
What languages does Kobble Cup support?
English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. The game follows your device language automatically.
What devices are supported?
Recent iPhones (iOS) and modern Android phones. If you hit a device-specific issue, tell us your device model and OS version and we'll investigate.
