How do I play with a friend?

Open Online Battle, create a room, and share the 4-letter code (or the link). Your friend enters the code to drop into your lobby for a 1v1 or 2v2. Everyone gets the same board, so it's pure skill.

What is Quick Match?

Quick Match searches for a real online rival for a 1v1. If the queue is quiet or the connection fails, the game clearly switches to a local Practice Bot so you're never stuck waiting.

What is the Cup Fever Tournament?

A seasonal event where you pick a country and your wins score points for it on a global leaderboard. Scoring is "best-squad" fair — each nation counts its top players — so small countries stay competitive. The Cup Fever '26 launch season runs through December 31, with player, country, and team standings.

Do I need an account? Is there email sign-up?

No. Kobble Cup has no accounts and no email sign-up. You play with a device-generated anonymous id and an optional nickname you choose.

Does the game have ads?

Active boards, Practice Battle, Tournament play, PvP rounds, and the rematch decision are never interrupted by ads. Contextual banners may appear on menus, Adventure, lobbies, and completed single-player results. Rewarded ads are opt-in, while forced interstitials are capped and can appear only after a session ends. Ad-Free Year and active Kobble Club membership suppress banners and forced interstitials; optional rewarded ads remain available.

How do I restore purchases on a new device?

Open the Shop or Kobble Club screen and tap Restore Purchases. Ad-Free Year, Kobble Club, and legacy lifetime Remove Ads are validated with the store and RevenueCat, so they return without a Kobble account. Make sure you're signed into the same App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Use the Manage Subscription control in the app or open your App Store / Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; benefits continue until the current paid period expires. Store refund rules still apply.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them. Request a refund from Apple or Google Play.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Adventure, Rush, Daily Bubble, and Practice Battle all work offline. The Daily board is built from the calendar date, so you get the same board as everyone else even with no connection — you just need to be online to post the score to the daily leaderboard. Online Battle, Quick Match, and the Tournament need an internet connection.

My progress or scores disappeared.

Kobble Cup uses a random Support ID to merge a minimal cloud backup of progression, cosmetics, and currency. Reconnect to the internet and restart the game first. If data is still missing, email us with the Support ID shown in the Tournament nickname dialog and a description of what is missing.

How do I report an offensive player or team name?

Nicknames and team names pass an automated profanity filter, but if you see one that slipped through, email kaironosllc@gmail.com with the displayed name and we'll review it.

How do I delete my data?

First copy your Support ID and email it to us so we can delete the cloud backup, public names, team membership, scores, and related anonymous records. After deletion is confirmed, clear app data or uninstall to remove the local copy. See the data deletion page.

What languages does Kobble Cup support?

English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. The game follows your device language automatically.

What devices are supported?

Recent iPhones (iOS) and modern Android phones. If you hit a device-specific issue, tell us your device model and OS version and we'll investigate.

Still stuck? Email kaironosllc@gmail.com and include your device model, OS version, and (for online issues) your in-game Support ID.
