These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Kaironos LLC governing your use of the Kobble Cup game and related services (the "Game"). By downloading or playing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance & eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or have your parent or guardian's consent) to use the Game. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

2. Licence to use the Game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Game except as permitted by law.

3. Acceptable use

When using online features, you agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software; disrupt or overload our servers; harass or abuse other players; or submit content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringing. We may suspend access to online features for conduct that breaches these Terms.

4. User content (nicknames)

The only content you submit is an optional nickname and country flag. You are responsible for what you choose. Nicknames pass an automated profanity filter, and we may replace or remove any nickname that is offensive or violates these Terms. By submitting a nickname you grant us a licence to display it on public standings in connection with the Game.

5. Purchases & virtual items

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, Remove Ads and cosmetic Pearl packs). All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never receive your payment details. Virtual items and in-game currency (such as Pearls) have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed, not sold, to you for use within the Game.

6. Refunds

Because payments are handled by the stores, refunds are governed by Apple and Google policies. Please request refunds through the store you purchased from. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights you may have under local law.

7. Online play & availability

Online matches and the Tournament depend on network connectivity and our servers, which we provide on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue online features or seasonal events at any time. Single-player modes remain playable offline.

8. Intellectual property

The Game, including its artwork, characters (our original orca and shark mascots), code, and branding, is owned by Kaironos LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. App stores & third parties

Your use is also subject to the terms of the app store you use. If you downloaded the Game from Apple, you acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the Game and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms entitled to enforce them.

10. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaironos LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to online features if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kaironos LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Game evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
