Account & Data Deletion

Mochi Slow Café has no account. There is no sign-up, login, or profile, so there is no account to delete. Here is exactly what happens to your data and how to remove it.
1Your game data (on your device)
All game progress — focus minutes, matcha rank, coins, décor and placements, daily-care streak, and settings — is stored only on your device. Deleting (uninstalling) the app permanently removes this data. Nothing is kept on our servers, because we don’t operate one that receives it.
2Subscription data
If you subscribed to Mochi Slow Café Pro, your purchase is handled by Apple or Google and managed for us by RevenueCat using a random, non-identifying app identifier. To stop billing, cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account. To request deletion of the purchase records associated with your device identifier, use the request method below.
3Analytics data
If analytics is enabled, anonymous usage events are recorded by PostHog against a random device identifier (no name or email). To request deletion of that data, use the request method below.
4Request deletion
To request deletion of any subscription- or analytics-related data associated with your device, email support@mochislowcafe.app with the subject “Data deletion request.” We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. Because this data is not tied to your name, please send your request from the device or account in question so we can locate the right records.

- Delete everything on-device: uninstall the app.
