Do I need an account to use the app?
No. There’s no sign-up or login. Your progress is stored on your device.
How does focusing work?
Tap FOCUS!, choose a length, and start a Focus Brew. Mochi tends the café while you concentrate; when the timer ends, tap COLLECT to earn coins. A soft soundtrack plays and keeps going even when your phone is locked.
What’s the free plan vs. Pro?
The free plan includes a short daily focus allowance (currently 5 minutes a day) plus the full café. Mochi Slow Café Pro removes the daily focus cap (unlimited-length sessions) and unlocks exclusive décor and extras. Pro never affects your focus rank or the places you unlock by focusing.
What is Deep Brew?
Deep Brew is an optional mode that blocks distracting apps during a focus session, using Apple’s Screen Time. You choose which apps, entirely on your device, and the block lifts when your session ends. It earns a bonus reward.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage or cancel anytime in your store account: iPhone → Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android → Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open the app’s Pro screen and choose Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.
My free trial — when am I charged?
A free trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. You won’t be charged during the trial.
I got a new phone — is my café saved?
Game progress is stored on your device, so a fresh install starts new. Your subscription carries over — just Restore Purchases. (Cross-device save isn’t available yet.)
Notifications aren’t showing up.
Enable them in your system settings: iPhone → Settings → Mochi Slow Café → Notifications; Android → Settings → Apps → Mochi Slow Café → Notifications. The app only sends a local “your brew is ready” nudge.
Is my data private?
Yes — no account, and your game data stays on your device. We process only limited subscription and anonymous analytics data. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling the app removes your on-device data. To delete purchase- or analytics-related data, see Data Deletion or email us.
Is this a treatment for ADHD or a medical app?
No. Mochi Slow Café is a general wellbeing and focus app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you have health concerns, please consult a professional.
