InstallationHow do I install a Kaironos app?
Once an app is published, you'll be able to download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play using the buttons on that app's page. Until then, store buttons appear as “coming soon.”
InstallationWhich devices are supported?
Supported devices and operating system versions are listed on each app's store page at launch. In general, our apps target current iOS and Android devices.
App updatesHow do I update an app?
Updates are delivered through the App Store or Google Play. Enable automatic updates in your device settings, or update manually from your store's account section.
Lost progressI lost my progress — can I get it back?
Most of our games store progress locally on your device, so reinstalling or switching devices can reset progress unless a cloud-sync feature is offered. If an app supports cloud saves, that's noted on the app's page.
PurchasesHow do in-app purchases work?
When an app offers purchases, they're processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your full payment details.
Restore purchasesHow do I restore a previous purchase?
If an app offers purchases, look for a “Restore Purchases” option in the app's settings. Restores are tied to the app store account used for the original purchase.
NotificationsHow do I turn notifications on or off?
Notifications are controlled in your device's system settings under the app's entry. You can disable them at any time and still use the app.
Account accessDo I need an account to play?
Most Kaironos apps don't require an account. If a specific app offers accounts, you'll find sign-in options inside that app, and its support page will explain them.
Data deletionHow do I delete my data or account?
See our Account Deletion pages. For apps without accounts, deleting the app removes locally stored data. For apps with accounts, we provide in-app and email-based deletion options.
Bug reportingHow do I report a bug?
Email us at support@kaironosapps.com with your device model, OS version, the app name, and a description of the issue. Screenshots help a lot.
AccessibilityDo your apps support accessibility features?
We aim to support your device's built-in accessibility tools such as larger text, reduced motion, and screen readers where feasible. If you hit an accessibility barrier, please tell us so we can improve.
